I’m a 25-year-old yoga enthusiast, adventure-seeking and nature-loving girl currently living in Switzerland. I initially started yoga after stopping competing as a figure skater for over 10 years, it helped me turn the page and go forward with my life. I was able to reconnect with myself and find other centers of interest. It helped me feel more powerful as well as self-confident. And I want you to be able to feel the same and help you discover how yoga can truly transform your life!
